Coffee is already wonderful, when teamed with these beautiful flavours it gets taken to a whole new level!
You will need:
- 1 cup of dairy-free milk
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin purée
- 1 tbsp dairy-free creamy cheese
- 1 tbsp golden caster sugar
- ¼ tsp mixed spice
- ¼ vanilla extract
- ¼ cup espresso/ strong coffee
Add the dairy-free milk, pumpkin purée, creamy cheese, caster sugar, mixed spice and vanilla extract to a large saucepan and heat for around 5 minutes until the milk becomes hot but not boiling.
Use a whisk to froth up the milk mix.
Add the espresso to a large mug or latté cup, and pour over the heated and frothy milk mix.
