Unbelievably, Easter is just around the corner, and we've created a classic treat with a new take on it, just for you!

The trees are groaning with apples at the moment, and it certainly seems as if this year is going to be a bumper harvest thanks to the weather we’ve had over the summer.

At this time of year, it’s not hard to find brambles groaning with the weight of fruit. Blackberries are in abundance, and every time we go for a walk around our village the kids gorge on blackberries until they can’t eat any more.

When you think of childhood treats, chocolate crispie cakes are right up there as favourites! They’re a staple in many homes and we’ve now come up with a free-from version with a little twist to help you recreate that childhood magic!

Cake is an absolute must, and when it comes to birthdays even more so! We’ve come up with another totally free-from chocolate cake recipe, which has been a big hit!

I’m guessing you will be the same as us, an abundance of Easter chocolate with no idea how to use it all up! A cheeky chocolate treat is always a winner, and this is a great way to use up left over chocolate.

There is simply no greater pleasure than a delicious cake, and this one is amazing! It also just so happens to be gluten-free too!

It’s always a challenge when trying to make a free-from cake, and this one is a definite crowd pleaser, especially as it is dairy, wheat and gluten-free too!

You can't beat a good tea loaf, and this one is absolutely delicious, and dairy-free, gluten-free, wheat-free, egg-free and soya-free too!

I present to you ‘Spiced Marrow Tea Cake’ which has made the house smell utterly divine! The aroma of a cake baking, with the delectable scent of mixed spice and vanilla is truly comforting, and this one even has 1 of your 5-a-day included as an added bonus.
