Terms and conditions

  1. The competition closes on Monday 16th November 2015 at midnight, UK time. Any entries after this will NOT count.
  2. You must be resident in mainland UK to enter.
  3. The winner will be formally notified by email. We ask for confirmation of receipt by reply email. If confirmation is not received, the prize may be re-allocated.
  4. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. The prize winner will be randomly drawn from all entries, and contacted by The Intolerant Gourmand.
  6. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available.
  7. The Intolerant Gourmand will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part.

Creamy sheese pasta. I'd use one of the flavoured cream sheeses, with some soy milk to make a delicious creamy sauce. Add lots of different veg and pasta. Mmm mm!

I enjoy using leftover vegetables and marked-down supermarket vegetables in a bake with cheese and breadcrumbs on top. It makes a cheap, filling and delicious meal.
