Now, whilst Christmas is wonderful, it can prove to be quite a challenge when it comes to catering for multiple allergies.
I’ve really struggled to find delicious treats that can be shop bought, almost all of the ones available have something that isn’t safe for Callum.
So, true to form, I have created a truly delicious Christmas pudding that is safe for most allergens, as it is egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free, wheat-free and gluten-free and it just so happens to also be citrus free!!
It also uses the mincemeat recipe that I posted earlier on in the week, which makes life a lot easier!
This recipe is so quick to make, that even if you don’t make it this weekend, it will still be perfect for Christmas lunch. You could even make it the day before!
