Ok, I’m not sorry, I thought I’d give all of you a bit of a helping hand!
Christmas and allergies can be a total nightmare, especially when having to deal with more than one allergy. All of those yummy treats are usually completely out of bounds, which just isn’t fair! So, to help you all out, I thought I’d share my go to recipe for mincemeat.
It’s ridiculously simple to make, and can be used in all sorts of things, the possibilities are endless:
- Mince pies
- Christmas pudding
- Christmas cake
- Mince Pie Cake
- Christmas strudel
- Christmas crumble
- Christmas breakfast rolls
- Christmas porridge
The amount in this recipe will be enough for our Christmas cake recipe (which we’ll share very soon) and also a big batch of mince pies (we’ll share our recipe for these too!). It’s also enough for 2 Christmas puddings! We’ll be sharing our recipe later in the week, ahead of stir it up Sunday!
