[…] It’s one thing dealing with a single food allergy, add a whole load of allergies, and it becomes a bit of a nightmare. This year, it became even more difficult as Callum is now not able to have wheat either. […]

It's so hard watching our little ones go through this isn't it! :(
Your talk sounds good, when did you do that? I'd love to spend an afternoon with the consultants that were there. They are in the elite group of doctors who are at the top of their game and really making a difference. There'd be so much that could be learned from them, and I have a lot of respect for them! x

Nat, you are probably all over this but the blog chocolatecoveredkatie has lots of recipes (mostly dessert/baking) that are egg/dairy free and she also uses a lot of alternatives to wheat. Also have you checked out Paleo recipe sites for ideas, they don't use grains or dairy? Might be useful for inspiration!
Good luck on this journey, I really admire how you're coping. Expecting our first baby in a couple of weeks so hoping it all goes smoothly!

Little man... He is such a brave little boy! My little Jumpy had the exact same number of skin prick tests in April, and a few more, as well as blood tests in July. Just like you, some positive came out of this (no reaction to milk on the skin, promising blood tests) but I found out about FPIES this week (http://lecoindemel.com/the-day-i-spoke-in-front-of-dr-adam-fox-dr-carsten-flohr-dr-rosan-meyer/) and her reaction to milk suggests her allergy to milk is FPIES rather than IgE. We are waiting for the milk challenge appointment in hospital. It is tough for our little ones to be going through so much, isn't it?
