			<description><![CDATA[Thank you! :) If they don't like them as smoothies, you could always make them a little thicker and turn them into smoothie bowls (like really thick yoghurt) and get them to sprinkle their own things on top - chopped up fruit, cacao nibs, if ok with nuts then a sprinkle of ground almond/ walnut, flaxseed, chia seed, drizzle with honey etc. Or freeze into ice cream! :) x]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Ah thank you! Smoothies are so versatile and great to use instead of supplements as you say. If I don't use banana, I tend to use avocado to get the good fats in the kids! Pears are great for reducing thickness, and nectarines too! x]]></description>

I hate giving the Peachicks supplements and smoothies are so easy to make - mine comes to work with me so I actually get breakfast!
